Ma non troppo
Fast enough for a Tuesday lunch. Good enough to come back every Friday night. Allegro ma non troppo. The Italian food that Brickell needed. What could possibly go wrong.
The Concept

Someone had to do it.

Take the best of fast food — not the guilt.
The idea. The precision, the consistency.
The radical respect for your time.

Take the best of fine dining — not the price.
The feeling. The room that makes you forget
you had somewhere to be.

Put them together.

Now ask yourself: what food do you put in the middle?

It has to be good enough that ten dishes is enough.

Honest enough that one oven handles everything.

Proven enough that nobody questions it.

Italian food.

The Experience

Real Italian food doesn’t need ten pages to explain itself.

4 starters. 3 mains. 2 sides. 1 dessert = TEN

That’s it. Not because we ran out of ideas — because a short menu is the most honest thing a restaurant can do.

Every dish here earned its place. Nothing to skip. Nothing to regret.

Come as you are.

And when the check arrives, something small will surprise you.

Something you didn’t see coming, and that you’ll probably want to leave behind for someone who deserves it.

The Place

The oldest fire station in Miami.

Built in 1923. On the National Register of Historic Places.

And then something happens when you walk in.

One second you’re in Brickell.

The next, you’re somewhere in Positano — before anyone called it a destination — in a room

that feels like it’s been doing exactly this, in exactly this way, for the last thirty years.

Now serving Italian.

We obsessed over every detail so you wouldn’t have to think about any of them.

The way you feel a place you already miss before you’ve left — the kind you plan your next trip around before you’ve finished this one.

FAQs

We know what you’re thinking. Everything everyone wants to know before they come.

Prego — here are your answers.

When can I show up?

Every day.

Monday to Thursday we’re here from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.

Fridays and Saturdays we stay until 11:00pm  — because some nights deserve that extra hour.

Weekends we open at noon, because a Wagyu lasagna at 12pm on a Saturday is one of the better decisions you’ll make this week.

Can I book a table?

We don’t take reservations.

Never have.

Walk in, tell us how many, and we’ll take care of the rest.

That’s the Italian way — you show up, we make it work.

What if I want to celebrate something special?

We’d love that.

Write to us at events@prgbrickell.com and we’ll make it happen.

Do you have a dress code?

Come as you are.

Wear that outfit you’ve been saving.

Tutti benvenuti.
